# Registration Form

Welcome to TABS online registration.

Please provide the information below and then click submit.  Once your information has been confirmed you will be emailed a unique user name and password.  This will enable you to access your payment information through our TABStar system.

Remember:  Registration may take up to 3 business days to complete
